Shipping
To return your product for an approved exchange, you should mail your product to: Do The Right Bling, PO Box 972, Stafford, VA, 22554, United States You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
All orders are non-refundable. Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us within 3 days of receipt for possible repair or exchange. If it is determined that your item cannot be repaired and the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock, you can exchange for an item of equal value.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your exchange is approved, it will be processed and your replacement item will be shipped.
Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your exchange, first check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation with tracking number. Next, go to usps.com and input tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Free items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, our free Customer Appreciation items cannot be exchanged.Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If your exchange has been approved, send your item to: Do The Right Bling, PO Box 4414, Manassas VA 20108, United States. Exchanges for Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver.
